Bulleid, Single Chimney 9F, Hunslet 3809 for GCR Winter Gala
The GCR has announced 34072 257 Squadron, Hunslet Austerity 3809 of 1954 and BR Single Chimney Standard 9F 92134 are the visiting locomotives for the Winter Steam Gala which runs from the 22nd to 25th January.
Spring Gala Visitors
GWR 5029 Nunney Castle and SR Light Pacific 34046 Braunton are the visitors for the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Steam Gala: 19th to 22nd March 2026.
Llangollen's GWR Pannier 7754 is booked to visit the East Somerset Steam Gala on 14th & 15th March. Small Prairie 4555 makes the visit the other way to Llangollen for the Branchline Gala on 10th to 12th April.
Dean Forest Tanks
GER Coffee Pot 229 & Willy the Well Tank are to visit the Dean Forest Railway Steam Gala on 28th & 29th March.
BRADLEY MANOR FOR WEST SOMERSET
The Erlestoke Manor Fund has announced that ex GWR 7802 Bradley Manor will visit the West Somerset Railway from end April to early November 2026. 7802 will join fellow EMF loco ex-GWR 7812 Erlestoke Manor and the pair of locos should join resident 7828 Odney Manor for the Spring Steam Gala from the 1st to 4th May.
